Olivia and the invisible earthquake is the story of a 12-year-old girl who sees her life collapse when her family is evicted from their home.
Once evicted, Olivia, her little brother Tim, and their mother Ingrid occupy an empty apartment in a suburban neighborhood. Ingrid, naturally optimistic and full of energy, falls into a depression, so Olivia is forced to take her place and take care of her and Tim, as she faces her own emotional earthquake. But at the core of the difficulty, Olivia finds a new “family” that helps her rebuild her life and learn to survive vital earthquakes.
Because we cannot always control what happens to us, but we can control the way we live it.
